In various leadership roles, he has successfully delivered numerous large Digital CRM transformation programs. He has extensive experience across industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, media, beverages, telecom and dairy. He has a Master in Enterprise IT Architecture (with distinction) from Antwerp Management School and speaks English, Hindi and Dutch.
